DJ Kidd Star

Kidd Star, Billboard Producer, World Renowned Remixer & Turntabilist started off 14 years ago in Charlotte, NC as a DJ/Promoter of the famous Bass Wars that pioneered & brought the EDM scene to the South in the ‘00’s.

Since then he has transformed into a touring DJ, holding residencies in Charlotte, Tampa, New Orleans, Nashville, Mobile & Atlanta. In addition, he has been a requested DJ and played for celebrities, Ted Turner, Denzel Washington, John Cougar Mellencamp, Meg Ryan, Usher, Dallas Austin, Ray Lewis, Kareem Abdul-Jabar, John Sally & Playboy playmates Amy Leigh Andrews & DJ Keri as well as DJing the NCAA Final Four Tournament in 2012 & 2013 & the Masters Tournament.

As a founder & former member of the super group, 3 Bad Brothaz, he started his solo career in 2010 by becoming runner up in the World Recognized Winter Music Conference DJ Battle & releasing his first single, “Miss My Baby” which was a Southern Anthem while the music video landed over 900,000 views on Blastro.com.  In 2011 he released his first solo album titled, Kidd Star & The E-Hop Brigade, trademarking his personal sound, “E-Hop” and in 2012  Kidd Star’s single “Rah! (It’s Gametime)” hit the Billboard CD Single charts at #4 above artists Pitbull, Ke$ha, Flo Rida & Rihanna.  DJ Kidd Star’s 2013 release, B.O.T, has already been charting on record pools all across the country in all 3 categories, Crossover, Dance & Hip-Hop, solidifying him not only as a multi-genre DJ but as a multi-genre producer as well.
